Try this Vietnamese grilled mussels with a glass of beer and cheer with your love ones. It makes a delicious appetizer for your holidays gathering.

♥Ingredients:
(4~6 portions)

2 lbs fresh mussels
salt
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 bulk of green onion, washed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 small knob of ginger, peeled
3 tablespoons cooking wine (or fresh coconut juice)
2 tbsp butter
½ tsp all-purpose flour
½ tsp hoisin sauce (or to taste)
¼ cup deep fried shallots
¼ cup unsalted roasted peanuts
lemon
cilantro (to garnish)
